The CDC now recommends social distancing through April 30, 2020 and during this time, you should know you can interact with the ROC online. As an Agency, our staff continues to process license applications and changes to licenses and complaints also continue to move through the administrative process. For contact information and additional information related to any process changes at ROC at this time, please visit our Services Related to COVID-19 tab. Though we encourage you to use online services or give us a call at (877) 692-9762 at this time, the Phoenix and Tucson Offices are open to the public by appointment only.
If you're filing an application for a new license or a complaint to be investigated, please know you can use our online portal. The Online Portal can be accessed from the ONLINE SERVICES tab.
If you need to renew your license, please know you can do so online at HERE.
If you need to change information related to your license (the qualifying party, address, contact info, bonding information, etc), you are welcome to complete the appropriate form - found on the FORMS page under the Contractor Resources tab - and email it to [email protected]. If there are any fees related to the change, include a contact phone number and the Licensing Department will reach out to you to walk you through the payment process.
