Protect the health, safety and welfare of the public through a regulatory system designed to promote quality construction by Arizona contractors.

ATTENTION: Scheduled Outage, Online Services and ROC Staff Email Address Update

--The Registrar of Contractors’ Online Renewal System will be down on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM due to scheduled maintenance. We appreciate your patience.

-- For many years, AZ ROC has enabled online renewals but beginning in early-April, AZ ROC will begin offering many more services online. A new database system will allow this switch and we are excited for the convenience we hope it will offer consumers and licensees. All licensees, whether you've renewed online previously or not, will need to register and obtain a new online login information. More information to come.

-- AZ ROC email migrated to a new service beginning Feb. 2018. Email addresses of employees have changed as a result. Old email addresses should work temporarily, but you will need to update contact records from [email protected] to [email protected] Thanks!

Be a licensed contractor

Anyone Can Pretend to be a Contractor

Protect yourself. Do your due diligence. Check The License.

Each year, the Registrar investigates thousands of complaints from consumers against unlicensed entities attempting to perform contracting work. The complaints too often involve a consumer paying a large amount of money in exchange for little to no work or work not meeting minimum industry standards.
