The CDC recommends continued physical distancing and in Phase 1 and 2, the ROC Offices will remain open to the public by appointment only. During this time, you should know you can interact with the ROC online and as an Agency, our staff continues to process license applications and changes to licenses and complaints also continue to move through the administrative process. Though we encourage you to use online services or give us a call at (877) 692-9762 at this time, the Phoenix and Tucson Offices are open to the public by appointment only.
