The ROC Compliance Department investigates alleged violations of licensed and unlicensed contracting laws. Submitting a Complaint Online

The Registrar of Contractors now has an online service portal to allow individuals to file complaints online. The process is pretty simple:

  • Go to https://roc.az.gov/online-services or hit the My Account link from the navigation bar above.
  • Login or Register for a new account in our online portal. You can speed up the registration process by using one of the "Login with" buttons to login using your existing Google, Facebook, Twitter or other available accounts.
  • Once you've registered and logged in, you will see a large green "File a Complaint" button on the Dashboard page. You can use that button or the navigation bar Complaints > New Licensed or Unlicensed Contractor Complaint link to start a new complaint.
  • Fill out the complaint form online, attach any pertinent files and submit the form.
  • Once submitted, you will receive an email from DocuSign to electronically sign the complaint form.
  • Once it's electronically signed, it will be assigned to one of our investigators and within a couple of days, an investigator will reach out to your to review your case.

If you have any other questions about the process or if you have trouble registering, please contact us for more information or support.
