General guidance for all parties involved with a complaint

Bullet Point Include the complaint number on all correspondence.
Bullet Point Read all correspondence from the ROC carefully. If you have questions about any correspondence call and speak with the person who sent the letter.
Bullet Point Respondents should make sure their address with the ROC is current. All notices throughout the hearing process will be mailed to the latest address of record on file with the ROC. Also, immediately pick up certified mail. A.R.S. § 32-1155 requires Citations be sent by certified mail to the licensee's latest address of record in the registrar's office. Failure to respond to a Citation mailed to this address will result in the license being disciplined without a hearing.
