Maricopa County Air Quality is delegated Asbestos NESHAP regulation of all public, commercial, industrial, institutional facilities including apartment, townhome, and condominiums of greater than four units. This includes pipelines, bridges & two or more dwelling units (each freestanding). Scheduled renovation or demolition at these facilities may have regulatory applicability.
