Laws 2024, Chapter 2024, Sec. 6 requires ROC to compile a report on commercial contractors to determine whether opportunities exist to statutorily remove ROC oversight of the commercial contracting profession. Findings are due to the President of the Senate and Speaker of the House of Representatives no later than December 31, 2024
