Consolidated office supplies into one location and Agency observes a 47 percent decrease in office supplies spending ($11,963 in savings over two years). Notified contractors of unnecessary dual licenses resulting from 2014 license consolidation that could subsequently be cancelled; cancellations totaled $86,000 in savings. Agency documenting processes and procedures through each department to increase clarity and consistency. |
