Our online customer portal will be down for scheduled maintenance beginning on November 9, 2021 and ending on November 15, 2021. If you have started filling out a form (i.e. application, complaint form etc.), please complete the form by 11:59 PM on November 9, 2021. Any incomplete and unsubmitted applications or forms will not be saved.

The CDC recommends continued physical distancing and in Phase 1 and 2, the ROC Offices will remain open to the public by appointment only. During this time, you should know you can interact with the ROC online and as an Agency, our staff continues to process license applications and changes to licenses and complaints also continue to move through the administrative process. Though we encourage you to use online services or give us a call at (877) 692-9762 at this time, the Phoenix and Tucson Offices are open to the public by appointment only.
If you need to change information related to your license (the qualifying party, address, contact info, bonding information, etc), you are welcome to complete the appropriate form - found on the FORMS page under the Contractor Resources tab - and email it to [email protected]. If there are any fees related to the change, include a contact phone number and the Licensing Department will reach out to you to walk you through the payment process.
